it's not proof that indigo advertising is working. just proof that indigo is already considered a better airline.
the advertising probably had them scared even more. but just take a look at twitter. enough ppl believe that indigo is world class in spite of being low cost.

ACCOUNT PLANNER
The ideal candidate is logical and analytical, intuitive about people, a strategic thinker with intense curiosity, an eclectic user of information, and an engaging storyteller with strong interpersonal skills and strongly opposed to becoming a slave. You should also have preferably, a minimum of 3 years of agency or related experience.
INTERACTIVE PRODUCER
Will work with creatives to determine overall look and feel for sites/content/advertising including architecture and navigation, back-end integration and content development. Responsible for overall project success, from project kick-off through completion. Demonstrated understanding of Internet/New Media project development process.
TV PRODUCTION
Someone street-smart and personable. With 5+ years of experience in production. Ability to negotiate and organise big projects and ensure proper attention to detail.
ART DIRECTOR
Around 5+ years experience. Somebody who’s good with concepts and meticulous when it comes to execution. Strong film, graphic, typography skills will be valued. As would be the ability to handle big projects. Must want to do more than 'just ads'.
